New Purchases

Should your require your local reseller to install the software etc then your local reseller may add $500.00 or more depending on travelling time, time spent at your premises and service required.

Should your require to exchange you older style parallel port lock or key then the change over price is

Annual Upgrades

Annual Upgrade Cost ------ a tiny --------- $150.00 (Australia $165.00 inc GST)

After you have registered your SignBlazer\06 software you will receive an Release 6 Password. This password allows 12 months of free upgrades and free technical support by email or telephone. You download upgrades from our website and follow the easy instructions. Your Release 6 Password is your download Password.

 Also should you require technical support either by telephone or by email then you will be asked for your RSN number.  No support is possible unless you quote your RSN number.  This of course has to be current.

 After your free technical support and one year's free upgrade expires ---- to continue this you need only pay $150.00 (Australia $165.00 inc GST) for the next year.  This ensures that you always have the latest version of SignBlazer\06 and the very latest improvements and added features. 

 As changes in the computer industry are so rapid now it is essential that SignBlazer\06, being a central core of your business to generate income from sign making, is kept up to date.

 Do not let your registration expire. A A$100.00 surcharge, in addition to each missed annual fee, is applied for each year you have overlooked updating your SignBlazer\06 software, to bring it up to date. If you allow several years to go by and you need the latest version then the cost is capped at A$750.00.

 A Frequently Asked Question---  Oh, I have all the features that I need so why should I upgrade annually?

Answer: 

a.   Changes in other software are the best reason.  If your operating system is upgraded then there is a possibility that SignBlazer\06 may need to be the latest release to run correctly.

b.   New hardware purchased.  You may intend to purchase new hardware now or in the future.  Chances are the you will need the next version of SignBlazer\06.  New hardware may be a new cutter, new computer or a wide format printer.

c.   How do you know that you do not need the new features until you have used them?  You may find a new feature will make your life so much easier.  This is what it is all about, you are our most prized customer and our programmers all the time have you in mind when new features are added to SignBlazer\06. We actually say when planning new features - what will you need to make your work easier?  We choose new features very carefully.  They are not added on a whim. Many new features take years to write.  So a new feature that is released this year may have been started as far back as 7 or 8 years ago.  We actually listen to you and we truly welcome you to email us and tell us what you wish to see in future upgrades of SignBlazer\06.

d.   Continued free technical support.  You have no idea what may happen today or tomorrow.  We trust that it may not happen however theft, flood, fire, computer virus infections and computer breakdowns (sometimes total meltdowns) are a fact of life.  We are here for you with technical support to assist in any crisis.  Look at your annual upgrade as essential insurance.  Many over the years have appreciated that we have been able though our free technical support to get them up and running again in the shortest possible time to prevent loss of income.  Many others who have allowed their SignBlazer upgrades to fall years behind have suddenly in a crisis have had a huge expensive bill for support and suffered terrible loss of income sorting it all out.  Please do not let this happen to you our most valued customer.

e.   We apparently have the lowest annual upgrade cost of any sign making software in the world.  This is deliberate so that you are not charged ridiculous amounts just to have the latest version.  We want you to always have the latest version of SignBlazer\06. 

f.    Plus it is really great to be able to show others your latest version

g.   The annual upgrade cost is only a fraction of your original investment.  So keep your software investment current.  If we have not already said "thank you" for buying SignBlazer\06 software then here I say it to you directly and personally ----- Thank you for your current and future support.

Upgrade from older versions of SignBlazer to SignBlazer\06.

(CD and password only, manuals may be purchased separately)
(Note --- If you have a multiple site license, please note that for all upgrades it is full price for the first copy and 50% for each subsequent copy at the same address.)
(Users shall have a new lock and may keep their old lock as many of the old locks prior to 5.0.28 will not run the new version.)

Now simpler upgrade prices. ($150 per year plus $100.00 with a max of $750.00) (Australia add 10% GST)

Cross Grade from other Software

See the upgrade prices above. To cross grade to SignBlazer HotShot all we need is proof of purchase. This can be a copy of an invoice or anything which proves you are cross grading from legally owned software.
You pay exactly the same prices as SignBlazer\06 users pay. You keep your old lock as well. That simple!

To Purchase a higher level of your SignBlazer\06

Simply take the price difference between your level and the next higher level and add an additional $100.00.

Example: You own SignBlazer\06 Elements and you wish to own SignBlazer\06 HotShot. Retail price of SignBlazer\06 Elements is $395 and the retail price of SignBlazer\06 HotShot is $2,395.00. The difference is $2,000.00. Add the additional $100.00 and the price you pay is $2,100.00.

To Purchase additional copies of SignBlazer\06 to use on other computers you own

This is called a multiple site license.

Note - we no longer include Manuals in the upgrade price as so many users do not want printed manuals. The majority and would prefer not to have them included in the upgrade price. Manuals are now purchased directly.

Postage or delivery costs must be added to the above.
